WDW BEST DAY EVER SOCIAL CONTENT
Walt Disney World launched the Best Day Ever social channels to reach a tween audience. The goal remains to appeal to the soon to be teen and show them that Walt Disney World is not just for the little kids. The strategy we developed was to leverage the teen stars of popular Disney Channel shows and capture them having fun and often interacting with regular kids in the park environment. From Instagram and Snapchat takeovers to video content, the channel popularity has soared. Instagram has 418K followers, youtube has an additional 120K subscribers.
Samples here are just a few of my personal favorites. Although the fun is spontaneous and real, the scenarios were concepted and matched to each celebrity talent.
